What is Cuekoo?
Cuekoo is a real-time AI meeting copilot for Windows. It sits beside your video call in a small see-through overlay, follows the conversation, notices when you're asked something and suggests an answer from what you know. It can also save the meeting with a transcript, notes and action items.
Does a bot join my meeting?
No. Cuekoo runs on your computer and hears the call the way you do: the other people through your computer's audio, and you through your microphone, as two separate channels. Nothing joins the call, and nobody sees a new participant.
Can people see Cuekoo when I share my screen?
Cuekoo's overlay is hidden from screen share. Windows leaves it out of what your meeting app captures, so people see your screen without it. Cuekoo shows "Hidden from screen share" once Windows confirms it, and a warning if it can't.
A camera pointed at your screen, or a capture tool that doesn't use Windows' standard capture, can still see it. Check with a test share before a call that matters.
Does Cuekoo work with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Cuekoo listens to your computer's audio instead of connecting to a meeting service, so it works beside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and any other app that plays sound, in a browser or a desktop app. On Windows 11 you can have it listen to one app instead of all system audio.
Can Cuekoo take meeting notes for me?
Yes. With Save to Meetings on, Cuekoo keeps the transcript by speaker and writes notes when the call ends: a title, an overview, the topics in the order they came up, and action items by owner.
Saved meetings with notes are part of Pro and Max.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 25 minutes of transcription and 50 AI answers to try Cuekoo, once per account and once per computer, with no card needed.
Paid plans start at $9.99 a month.
Hour packs add transcription time on any plan and never expire.
Does Cuekoo work on Mac?
Yes. Cuekoo works on macOS 14.4 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Choose the Mac download on the download page. Cuekoo also runs on Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) and Windows 11, 64-bit.
What languages does Cuekoo understand?
Cuekoo transcribes calls live in 60 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Tagalog, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. It follows the call in the language it's held in.
Do I need to tell people I'm using Cuekoo?
Yes. Recording and transcription laws differ from place to place, and some require everyone on the call to agree. Tell the other people that Cuekoo is transcribing the call and suggesting answers with AI; the overlay reminds you when listening starts.
